Presidio

We undertook a complete overhaul of an historic 13,000 square foot Julia Morgan house perched on the edge of the Presidio for a favourite client – transforming the unprepossessing and slightly pastiche San Fransisco house and surrounding landscaping into a relevant and contemporary home for a young family. A substantial floor plan of over twenty rooms was redesigned with layered character (including a fabulous karaoke room) using iconic furniture, a formidable art collection and bespoke designs from our studio.
